Self Improvement Tip of the Day: Problems or Challenges?

Optimists have their fair share of setbacks, but they tend to see them differently.
They tend to have 'challenges' rather than 'problems' they are more likely to ask themselves what they can learn from a situation and focus on finding a solution.

They are more likely to look at any negative experience and try and find something positive, or see it as a learning or growth opportunity. Being positive and having an optimistic outlook also makes it much easier to be proactive and to take action.
