Your relationship and the way you deal with people, including your staff, is one of the most important leadership skills. The stronger your relationships are with people, the more confidence, trust and loyalty you will inspire

Never forget that it is your followers who decide how successful a leader you are. They have to be convinced that you deserve to be followed, and if they aren't, then you need to work harder on developing your skills
