Self Improvement Tip of the Day: Negative Emotions Sap Our Energy

Unsurprisingly, negative emotions have the opposite effect. If you are feeling angry, upset or depressed, for example, you'll find your energy levels depleted and your resistance weak. You'll probably experience frustration and if you feel this way for extended periods, you'll eventually burn out altogether.

If you can maximise positive emotions and an overall optimistic outlook you'll find that you have more energy that you can put to good use in other areas of your life.
