What things would you like to change about your life that would make your life better? You may find this works better if you think about this for different parts of your life, like family, work, your own personality traits, your relationships with other people, your health and fitness.

What have you accomplished in your life so has given you the most satisfaction and pride?

Thinking back on your life - what activities or pastimes have given you the most pleasure? Don’t limit yourself to you adult life, think about your childhood memories too. Are there things you used to love doing you haven’t even thought about for years?

What would you most like to achieve in the next 12 months? The next five years? The next ten years?
