Taking up a hobby or pastime is a great way to relax. Is there something you enjoyed doing when you were young that you haven't thought about for years? There are a countless number of different pastimes that people participate in to help them unwind. Some people have the most unlikely hobbies, what could you take up that could help you to relax?

We should also try to get away from our usual routine and take vacations as regularly as we can manage. Even if longer breaks are difficult, getting away for a weekend or even for a night every now and then is a great way to rejuvenate ourselves and relieve stress. Even a day out in country or at the seaside can do wonders.
