Stress is a fact of life for all of us. We all have some stress in most areas of our lives. More working days are lost through stress related issues than for any other single reason. It is estimated that up to 75% of all illness is stress related, including serious illnesses.

Some people seem to suffer a lot less than others. This may come naturally, but it's likely these people have learnt how to more effectively handle stress. This is one of the most valuable skills we can learn and there are many things we can do that can really make a difference.
