Self Improvement Tip of the Day: We Can Change Our Thoughts

Awareness is the key. Recognising and accepting how much impact our thoughts have on our lives is the first step. The critical role our thoughts have on our lives has been understood and proved by countless observers and experts from the earliest philosophers right up to the latest brain researchers. It is an accepted fact hat we constantly think about becomes our reality.

The way we turn this to our advantage is to pay attention to what we find ourselves thinking about and actively work at changing our thoughts. This means becoming tuned into and actively analysing our thoughts rather than just going with the flow. To make this work we will often need to reject or reverse the thoughts we find entering our mind.
