Self Improvement Tip of the Day: Learn From An Expert

One simple thing that can reduce stress levels is to simply try to be more easygoing. Try not to take things so seriously and avoid being confrontational or argumentative. Taking a conciliatory approach to our dealing with others and looking for win – win outcomes will definitely help to reduce stress.

Do you know someone who never seems to be stressed or manages to stay calm even in the most high pressure situation? It may come naturally but they may have made the effort to learn how to cope with stress. Watch them and try to find out how they do it and what they do differently. Or ask them, most people are more than happy to help others and often flattered to be asked.
