A great way to get your creativity going is to stop and think about everyday things around you. Why did they build that building that way? Why didn't they design that house differently? Look at the objects in your home, the furniture, the kitchen and bathroom fittings, the appliances, the utensils. Think about them and how they work and how they came about. If you make an effort to observe and think about things you see and take for granted everyday it will do wonders open you mind and boost your creative powers.
