Self Improvement Tip of the Day: Who Is Influencing You?

Self Improvement Tip of the Day: Who Is Influencing You?

Most of us know someone, or even a number of people, who are naturally negative. There's certainly no shortage of people proud to call themselves cynics, who seem to enjoy being critical and looking for the worst in everything. Some of these peoples can be entertaining and can even be fun to spend some time with. In my experience, this is usually because of being amused and laughing at them and their opinions, rather than with them. But are these healthy relationships in the long term?

Our friends and the company we keep can have a strong impact on the way we think and feel, even without us being aware of it. Take time to think about the people you spend time with – do they lift you up and make you feel more energised, or drag you down and sap your strength? If you minimise the time you spend with negative people you'll not only have more energy, but you have a more positive outlook on life generally.

To be continued….

Self Improvement Quote of the Day:

'Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Bad people always try to do that, but the really GREAT people make you feel that you, too, can become GREAT' - Mark Twain

I agree with you...

I ever heard that we were influenced by the 5 most closest friends that we keep contact everyday.
