Self Improvement Tip of the Day: Important and Exciting Goals Energise Us

Having goals and feeling driven to work towards things that are important to you can be one of the best ways to feel energised. When you are inspired by things that matter to you, your motivation will be strong and you'll usually have plenty of energy to take the actions that will move you closer to your goals. If your reasons are important and compelling enough, you'll work tirelessly and often be able to perform near miracles.

You'll certainly have much more energy than you would if you lacked anything to motivate and excite you.

However, even when you have this level of commitment and motivation, you can burn out if you keep this up for too long without allowing yourself time to rebuild your strength.
